The Event Practice is a specialist event operations consultancy led by Nick Crow, with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex live events across the UK. From large-scale festivals to venue-led programmes and alcohol-led activations, our work focuses on structured planning, operational readiness and calm on-site delivery.
